Up and coming, dynamic full service IT organisation, specialising in Managed Services, Infrastructure upgrades and Virtualisation is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to join their team. What the job involves:
• Remote and onsite support
• Standby support
• Documentation
Knowledge and experience you will need to bring to the party:
• Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft ISATMG
• VMware – Certification would be hugely advantageous
• Microsoft Hyper-V
• Routers and firewalls
• N-able
•
Min. Requirements
• 4 – 5 years IT experience in a similar role
• Experience with server platforms and networking
• MCSE or MCITP essential
• Knowledge of virtual environments
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
Shift work may be required.
Own car and valid drivers license essential and you must be happy to travel when needed.
