• Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc Computer Science, BCom IS, IS Diploma)
• 3+ years’ work experience working directly with customers on a regular basis
• Drivers Licence (and own transport)
• If you have software development or SQL administration, SQL script, SSIS, SSRS experience, it will be a bonus
What will I do every day?
You will primarily be responsible for the technical analysis of incidents and support of applications/platforms as agreed upon between this company and their clients, and that such services rendered meet Service Level Agreements.
