The registration details points directly to the owner, why don't you engage him on his numerous social channels. Don’t know him, don’t know the business.

The site alone have discrepancies, no communication details, trading address etc. Should his business be in his own capacity, then these details must also be stated on the website as required by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Most online retailers that don't have physical addresses have no contact details or address lines and stuff with an email you can mail for queries. lots started out that way, prophecy did AFAIK

Even if you just have a cell number, and a residential address to start with, you need to some sort of physical presence in my opinion.

That is an actual requirement by law, which is also applicable to sole proprietors. Those who don’t have it, have no domicile. This is also not something being audited 24/7, but when a case against the entity is made, this will come back to haunt and hurt them due to negligence or possible criminal activities. You need one physical address to act as the domicile, under correction a post box is also acceptable. Many people don’t know about these requirements, but it your responsibility to read the gazette. Don't matter how you started out, there are regulatory compliances.
