Hey Guys,

So I'm looking at an upgrade either this year or early next year, depending on the financials and what not.

Has anyone got any first hand experience with the Opel Adam?

I see it's packed full of features in the Glam spec which is what I would be looking at.

I want to know if the engine is comparable to the Ecoboost Fiesta? I will be test driving the car this weekend want an idea of what to expect....

I also want to know, I'm not all that familiar with Opel as a brand, how is the resale value and customer service?

And another side note, what's the sound system like?

Willing to consider other car brands? Think it falls in the Fiat 500C range as well. I am biased I guess.... Drive FIAT(ABARTH) 695 #noExperienceWithOpelAdam
 
Adam Glam?

That's like the vehicular equivalent of those stupid tapered pinstripe shorts that somehow it's become ok for men to wear.
 
Get yourself a nice old ~2000 Mercedes, take it for a full service and bobs yer uncle.
 
Damn! Didn't expect everyone to jump on the bandwagon so hectically lol. Why so much hate for this car?

@FiestaST + HerbertK - thanks, you actually answered my question lol, I have driven the ecoboost Fiesta and loved it, but I'm thinking for the price the Adam comes with more features if you get one with 10k km on the clock, I've also had a Fiesta for 2 years so buying another one seems boring...

Adam has more bells and whistles for sure.. but it will also get you noticed by more guys and hairdressers than girls IMHO

The ecoboost has won some awards though... love the ecoboost engine... such a nice drive.

I just cant picture myself in an Adam even I have too much testosterone for that...
