Im looking for some advice
2 days ago when i gat in my car and tried to start it, i heard a click soun but the starter did not engage, when i turned the key again there was no noise from the starter nothing happens, i tested the battery and everything is fine, all the lights on the dash lights up.

Today when i tested the car it started normally the first swing, i tested it about 10 times after that and no problem.

I checked all the wires going to the starter and all of them are securely secured.

Any ideas????

It might be that the solenoid is on it's way out or possibly a loose wire between the solenoid and the starter.

Has the starter "dragged" before, where it doesn't disengage after the car has started?

No the starter hasnt done that before.
I had some problems before where the starter doesnt start the car, it turns and then stops before starting the motor, it then starts turning again
