opel astra starting problem

Good day i have a Opel astra 1600 16 valve 2000 model i whas driving and it cut out doesn't start again changed pistons bearings rings brand new head all pullys both pick upp sensors fuel pump and fuel lines was driving perfect then just cut out now it keeps fluding itself if i throw fuel in throttle body it starts and idle till fuel is finished and die again any suggestions please????? Even had diagnostics done and no errors please need advice
 
Just another Opel, take to mechanic, could be 1000 different problems. You will only get thumb sucks here. :whistle:

Check you have pressure in the fuel line from the pump, just disconnect and turn engine over ( wear safety goggles).

Agreed. The closest most of the guys here (myself included) have come to an engine is when playing Grand Theft Auto.
 
If it's running when you chuck fuel in the throttle, then it's a fuel problem. Check that you're getting fuel all the way through. Check the filters, pump and piping. Might be worth making sure there's some in the tank too.
