Dear samsung, although i'm only a number in the wonderful galaxy of samsung i'd prefer it if you didn't make it quite so obvious after you've banked my hard earned cash that you really couldn't give a damn.
Yes, you're riding the crest of the wave right now but that could (and probably will) change in the blink of an eye just when you least expect it.... as has happened to other manufacturers who shall remain nameless
It's not ALL about fancy advertising and high sales volumes you know - service and/or support also have their part to play and, to quote "a monkey in silk is a monkey no less"...... just saying.
Quick background: i'm trying to find out how to attach speakers or a sound system to a series 4 UA32EH4000 tv. The samsung manual shows various plugs which do not appear on the actual tv so i email samsung. A "councelor" replies that it's impossible, however the samsung brand store say yes, i can via the red, white and yellow holes (whatever they're called) at the back of the tv.
So i email samsung to confirm and receive another reply saying it's impossible. I confirm with brand store who reiterates, yes by connecting a splitter cable to the headjack output. Email samsung a 3rd time explaining my quandary and they deny a 3rd time and i'm now wondering if their "counselors" are robots, because i'm sure nobody actually read my mails.
Samsung, i'm a fan but you leave yourselves wide open to criticism.

not optimal but if the sound quality isn't affected it'll be ok. Especially as there's no other option.
