I am one of suprisingly loyal Neoflex subscribers and on the whole actually have nothing to complain about, my speeds are reasonable with the occasional dip and latency is acceptable for my needs. What I am upset about is the amount of money us Neoflexers are paying for our data.
Why is Neotel (who has access to a great big huge data pipe) charging us multiples of other ISP's for our data? I currenly pay R500 PM for 5 GBs at on average half a mbps whereas if I switch to cell C I can get the same amount of data at 5mbps per month with an out of bundle data rate that is less than half yours?
Why should I stay with Neotel when this situation exists?
