Open Source Network

The only thing a new user adds is more traffic, which is why we have to manage the people who can/can't connect.

If a highsite is full ( currently being voted on ) then unfortunately no one else can connect to it. As harsh as it may sound, it's an unfortunate reality

And you solve this problem by connecting 20 homes with a DSLAM , install ONE 5.8ghz parabolic antenna which interfaces with the Wug highsight.

Thus instead of only having 20 users you would be able to have 400 users and preserve the spectrum. Why is so difficult to understand?

Its not difficult to understand. Its just impractical.
If it was easier than bolting an antenna to a pole, then people would do it. But I have yet to see a row of 20 houses that are willing to connect to the WUG as a whole.
