Hey Friends,
It has been revealed that the Seacom cable break is going to take a few days to repair. *SIGH*.
Our Vodacom Business Platinum Uncapped clients will not be affected at all.
Our Platinum clients will receive SAT3 access, and should not be affected. If you are on Platinum, and you still do not have international, please reboot your router. This should restore your international.
Our Gold clients will receive SAT3 access, and should not be affected. If you are on Gold, and you still do not have international, please reboot your router. This should restore your international. Some heavy P2P and torrent shaping will be in play until Seacom is back up. However, HTTP downloads should not be affected.
Our Standard clients will receive SAT3 access when available. If you are on Standard, and you still do not have international, please reboot your router. This should restore your international. Some heavy P2P and torrent shaping will be in play until Seacom is back up. During the outage, there may be times where there is no connectivity.
We would like to apologize for this inconvenience. It truly is ridiculous that such outages occur so regularly.
Kind regards

As there a reseller, they do not control re-routing, the upstream providers do.
