OpenDNS Phishing filter

I know this isn't iBurst related, but a few of us use the OpenDNS service.

Since about 5 minutes ago, OpenDNS started reporting every site as a phishing site, and effectively killed the internet for me :(

I've had to change back to Verizon DNS servers. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
EHV, I'm using OpenDNS and been busy on the internet for ages with no problems or reports as you seem to be getting.:confused:
 
Oh, strange, because I even got a e-mail form them saying that they are busy fixing the problem..

I'm still on Verizon, but it should b fixed by now in any case.
 
Ekhaatvensters, MrH - All should be fixed now. I made a mistake this morning San Francisco time while manually verifying phishing sites. Very sorry for the inconvenience it caused you.

Now that is strange since all seemed to be working as normal yesterday/lastnight.:confused:
 
I'm sure its back now, must have been a very short lived error. It just caused havoc for a few minutes with no one able to browse anything.

That you for the reply Allison, how exactly did you know about MyADSL? Weird, American companies not even connected to SA and providing a free service get back to you quicker than our own ISP's.

Hopefully the American companies will be selling ADSL to us soon... (extremely tongue-in-cheek) :p :D :D

I think iBurst is waiting for the dust and tensions to settle, besides they have no good news for us so why bother posting, and every time they post they end up with their foot in their mouths.:rolleyes:

Their silence says it all.:D
