Openelec 3.0 upgrade

I have Openelec 2.99.5 on my Raspberry Pi. Is there a way to upgrade to Openelec 3.0 without losing my config settings?

Oops, my bad. I see it has auto-updated.

Mine doesn't want to update from 2.9.5 due to the image size changing. Apparently you have to resize the partition, not too bothered so just leaving it on 2.9.5 for now.

I'm picking up audio dropouts on 3.0.0 on my microserver - with PCM audio (not DTS or DD).
Coincides with this message in xbmc.log
20:10:35 T:3015875392 ERROR: CAESinkALSA::HandleError(snd_pcm_wait) - underrun

Anyone else?
