Opening a browser and clicking a specific point automatically

Hey there

like the subject says i was wondering if theres a program or some form of designing one that will automatically open a browser and click on a certain point of the webpage then close the browser and to repeat this x amount of times. Anybody know of such a thing? almost like a macro that u can create with a mac.
