I just tried to register on openportal.co.za (just got capped and want to abuse the local only portion )

It seems the site is closed to registrations. Anyone here have a spare invite they could use on a poor soul? I cant find ANY non-pornographic stuff to download. I did it all last month

Im bored and looking for something to do...

If not, anything else I could busy myself with? locallist just doesnt have the content I need
Im busy d/loading ubuntu and slackware atm, but Im never gonna get 10G in 2 days at this rate

Hey guys, I'm fairly new here so I guess I'm going to get flamed for this but here goes.

Why are invites so hard to get? If someone is not contributing then can they not simply be kicked out?

Majority don't contribute. Saves the webmaster some trouble by having it invite only.

OpenPortal doesn't make it that hard to get though, contact Support if you are unsure.
