Speed : 200/100 openserve package (fastest package available to me with the only fibre provider in my area)
Tested Routers : xr500 , r1 , Rt-ac5300 and rt-ac88u
Cables : Cat 6 (replaced all my cables twice)
Packet loss can vary anything from 2-16%
Twitch is constantly buffering or running in between 160p-480p
Downloads come to a crawling pace of 5-12Mbps
Streaming services won't even load or when they load I get to watch 10 seconds before going back to buffering
International speeds have being terrible for a few months now (lucky if I get 20/20)

@PBCool It seems between 17:30-23:00 I might as well turn off everything and wait for the rush hour to pass .

Same package, same issues. I was trying a VNC connection to a server in Azure (Europe North) and the latency and packet loss was disastrous.

100/50 - same issue - although my download is not quite as bad - but upload dies completely between 7 and 10PM

This urgently needs attention

My uploads have returned to normal for the last two evenings - seems OK at the moment.

Hi all, as mentioned on the main thread a few times that Openserve were in the process of making changes. Anything that Openserve does takes weeks to months unfortunately.

So what your saying is all Openserve customers are gonna suffer for "weeks to months" when it comes to gaming, streaming and international traffic ?

No just anything with them takes some time for any feedback or resolution.

Also been having issues with latency and they start at 6Pm everyday, last night was okay. Will check again tonight

@PBCool Have you got confirmation at all if it was done ? I don't mind nagging them on twitter to get on with process. I am sure if the other guys do the same we can hopefully get a faster outcome
