I decided to change ISP and fiber service providers from Vox and Vumatel to Mind the Speed and Openserve. Mind the Speed because they have excellent reviews, and Openserve because they had a great fibre deal. What a disaster!
Openserve installed the fibre line on the 22nd April, but couldn't activate it. The tech promised that he would report it and that it would be active by the 1st May. It's now the 4th May, and after continuous daily communications with Mind the Speed, I have a router waiting to be connected, but still no active fibre line. No one can give me a way to contact anyone at Openserve, and it seems that the ISP can do very little to speed things up. In the meantime I'm having to use data, which is costing me more per day than a full month of uncapped fibre. WTF!!!!
