Openserve down in Douglasdale

So after years of solid connectivity Openserve has finally failed in my area of Douglasdale.

How is the Vuma uptime in Douglasdale?

Our whole suburb is still down for 24 hours on Openserve. Eish!

On a 1 Gbps Vuma line in Jukskei Park and has been running smoothly for the last 18 months.

Yesterday afternoon I found 6 Openserve bakkies around a hole on the corner of Leslie and Penguin. My link was restored after 36 hours.
I have downgraded my OpenServe link to the minimum and have ordered a Vuma link. Will keep my internet always on using SD-WAN and that combined with the mini-ups from Uniterm should keep me going.

The vuma install fees are damn expensive compared to openserve.
I had this happen again on Openserve on Thursday in the middle of a teams session

Also notice the jitter present on the one ISP and not the other but thats a different problem.
