Openserve Fibre Coverage: WebAfrica vs. Telkom ISP (Openserve) vs. Afrihost

Both Openserve and Afrihost coverage for Fibre coverage both say...NO FIBRE IN YOUR AREA....but WebAfrica says "You have Fibre in your area". Am I missing something?

[Now, my family members live on the same street where I am checking for fibre--they have been connected to Openserve--Street to Complex...they waiting for the Openserve/or ISP of choice to light them up to each unit in the complex. The Street is Peter Mokaba Rd, Musgrave. Family using LTE from Afrihost right now, and Afrihost also says no Fibre here. ]

Best to use the OpenServe website as reference, but sometimes you can get around it by ordering something nearby within coverage and on the day of installation chat to the technician.

Chatting to the technician is a calculated risk. Would not advise it.

I live in a duplex (2 properties in one yard), Afrihost did not allow me to specify unit A or B on Fibre order so the day the Openserve technicians came they refused to even touch anything until the unit matched the job card they had. This caused quite a delay and frustrations for both them and me.
