Red light on ONT since just after 16h00-ish, call center drone indicated an area fault whatever that means, he disconnected my chat while I was still asking about specifics or ETA.

Feels kinda weird, its been absolute ages since I've last had a red light, I almost feel privileged..

I just open a fault regardless. Perhaps you have an area fault and a line fault.
