Telkom's fibre rollout in top gear

Openserve's fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network has continued to expand exponentially in 2024, despite many other major fibre network operators (FNOs) putting the brakes on new rollouts.

Several of the country's biggest FNOs have told MyBroadband that they are being far more conservative with network builds as the main affluent and middle-class suburbs have become saturated with connectivity.
