Anyone know who or how you're supposed to get in touch with OS when you have a fault while doing the 30 day trial?
It seems to be some type of authentication issue so I loaded an extra 3 Day prepaid bundle but that doesn't seem to have fixed it either.
I have not signed up with any ISP but I believe during the TRIAL you are on TELKOM although I'm not sure how to get in touch with their support (if such a thing exists) or how to report the issue to them.
I only have my service B-Number, I was planning on keeping the OS line on prepaid but seems like support is going to be a FAF...
