Looks like openserve fibre is rolling out in Stanmore

Can anyone confirm if its aerial fibre and how quickly they are moving

It's been available in Starwood for a while now. I saw some guys pulling fibre in the manholes around Eastbury recently so it could very well be Openserve is rolling out.
