When will the ISP's announce how they will approach the recently announced IPC price cuts.

When will the ISP's announce how they will approach the recently announced IPC price cuts.

The new IPC cuts itself are already in affect. I guess ISPs are still deciding their position on whether to soak up the margin or pass it on to consumers. I guess everyone is waiting for telkom, or afrihost to do something.
