not only in Pretoria also in Bedfordview. Slow since last week.

Pretoria Openserve MWEB down since this morning. Not able to get through to tech support as they keep dropping the call while waiting in queue.

EDIT: I restarted the ONT, and had to flush DNS cache and it's working again. Not sure why.

Eventually got through to tech support, they did reset on their side and that fixed it. The tech admitted he had no idea why my connection was down.
