Openserve reverting to Octotel during coverage test

I have Openserve in my building.
Afrihost listed as an Openserve provider.
I check coverage....

I then get provided Octotel prices without any mention of what happened to Openserve. What's going on here? Afaik Openserve & Octotel are two different fibre providers.

Afrihost fibre not available in Pretoria East?

We're trying to sign up for fibre with Afrihost, but when we try to process the order it gives us a message to say that "your area is currently in rollout phase". The location is in a well established area in Pretoria East (Garsfontein). Seems rather lame that there's no fibre in the area.

That issue has been resolved

They are not but don't stress just order the corresponding speed and when I change the vendor from Octotel to Openserve it will be on the Openserve pricing.
