So last year I helped my mother get fiber, it was installed an she's happy. But received an sms from OpenServe on Wednesday evening saying that her information was shared with other ISP "by accident". She already has fiber and don't know why OpenServe still has her details.
Problem is when I helped her sign up I gave my email address because she's not to clued up on these things. But now since OpenServe shared her information I am getting spammed by RSAWEB, Web Africa to name a few and a few other service providers. What would be the best way forward with this. We've phoned OpenServe but every time we inquire about why information was shared the phone get "cut off".
