Openserve/Telkom System Upgrade/Migration Issues

Hi Guys. Has anyone been having issues with Openserve/Telkom wrt their system upgrade they have been running for the past 3weeks already. I have had to relocate around the corner from where i stayed(same estate) due to building issues. When i requested my connection be relocated i was told no i had to cancel and apply for a new one. I have been waiting for my install for almost 3weeks and everyday i phone 10213 for an update i hear that the system is still offline. the call centre does not even have network connectivity for their agents to view customer profiles.

If someone knows what is going on there please let us know so we can understand as there should have been a rollback if there was issues with the upgrade in week 1 already.
