Is there a openserve rep on here? Ive been down since monday. Its been logged with my isp and they have escalated it to openserve. What is their sla?

very unusual for Openserve, I'd suggest downloading the Openserve app and using that to report the fault.

Do you know if it's just you or your whole neighbourhood, etc?
 
Are you in Durban? Because their will be massive delays with individual user outages there

I did the line test on the app and it says there is an issue and a ticket has been logged. I did this earlier in the week they are also not responding to emails.
 
I’m down AGAIN. ADSL was better than this crap.
 
OS also down in Garsfontein... Since Friday already. Not a single bit of support from Rsaweb.
I'm about to cancel this circus and get something reliable.
