Opensource graphics

Hi All

Currently looking at OpenSource replacements for graphics software for the wiff.

Looking at GIMP and Inkscape (replace Photoshop and CorelDraw)

Anyone have any coments on these.

GIMP looks pretty good these days

Anyways any input appreciated.

You might want to look at http://www.xaraxtreme.org/ or http://getpaint.net (windows only - not sure if it's open source, but it is free.)

GIMP's good, not as powerful as photoshop though, at least that was my impression when I last had a look.

xara extreme is also available for windows.

I haven't used myself so I can't say what it's like, but I've just read a lot about its development.

/busy downloading linux version to play with.
