This will show you how to add other installation sources, and will enable you to download software not found on the CD, by using Software Management in Yast.

I'm busy trying out opensuse 10.3 beta 2. Shees, it's early days, still quite buggy. But still worth the trying.

One trivial thing which would interest south africans would be the splitting of kde and gnome into there own independent cd's. Nothing worse than a 3 gig download of a new dvd.
