OpenWeb re-sells Internet Solutions based accounts which unfortunatly run from activation till the month end of the activated month (29-31 July for example.)
Authentication errors pre-Month End are the result of only 3 instances.
User/Pass word error (unlikly in this case)
Your already connected Two times to the dsl network and any attempt for more than 2 concurrent connections will result in that error. (unlikly in this case)
You jave reached your full cap (Probabaly the reason in this case.)
On a side note, there can also be another not releated to authentication, but if you see something in the veign of "Remote computer didnt respond" then the RADIUS server at your local exchange is either down, or inundated with requests and cant process your login. If this System is down, you wont be able to logon at all untill it hopefully corrects itself or gets fixed by Helkom.
