It does not apply to this offer. If you click on the sign up button (link in OP), it states Standard Uncapped.

Uhm, no...

On my end clicking on the package you would like it takes you to the sign-up screen and still says Gold Uncapped. Only the 2mb/s is Standard Uncapped.

Openweb would be breaking the law if they advertised Gold Uncapped, but sold Standard Uncapped. Therefore, the 4mb/s and 10mb/s packages in this promotion are both Gold Uncapped products, and they are subject to the same benefits standard Gold members receive, ie after-hours and weekends are unshaped.
