So, anyone know someone at that shocker of a company who mighty be able to actually help me cancel. Seeing as I have tried in a few ways and yet still keep being debited.

Can't you cancel debit orders via your bank?

Worth a try but I was under the impression I could only put a stop payment against one date and they would just do it again on another.

This too costs money.

Had the same issue with SANLAM some years ago. Phoned their call centre numerous times, wrote numerous letters to no avail. One day I had enough and told the call centre person I am going to make a case of theft against them. I had enough proof that I did tell them to cancel the debit order - sorted it within 24 hours and received the excess they took back. Sometimes you have to be hard-arsed.

Get your bank to refund you, they are stealing from you.
