We are in the process of replacing a faulty power supply on one of our core servers. This work will affect the following services:

- OpenWeb Website
- OpenWeb Billing Interface (month-end invoicing will not be affected)
- OpenBrowse Authentication
- NOD32 Local Definition updates

We apologize for any difficulties that may arise as a result of this.

[Expected repair time - 30-45mins]

Thanks to Hetzner's rapid response time, the faulty part has now been replaced. Services should now resume normal operation.

Seems we're having a similar problem again. Will try and reroute traffic to our backup servers.

Is there still a power supply problem? That could be what disconnected me at 1 this morning

I was disconnected off IS at 1am aswell, so we can safely say thsi was IS not openweb's problem ...

I was disconnected and couldn't connect for about 10 minutes around the same time, however I'm using SAIX.

I was unable to connect since Saturday evening. My connection is still down this morning (Monday)....

Seems to be down again ... can't get authentication (username/password unknown etc etc) since this morning
