Openweb Fibre Accounts

Has anyone experienced a noticeable improvement in browsing speed or latency using these accounts?

IS Fibre Semi-shaped accounts wipe the floor with SAIX accounts (shaped and unshaped) - see thread in my signature.

I have not used OpenWeb, though. The product offered by them is the same as the one I use from Nexus (and also the same as the Axxess prepaid bandwidth I used to conduct the test with).
