OpenWeb - five stars for effort

Hi all,

I happened to view the thread by a certain openweb customer who said he was appalled by openweb's service and, without opening a can of worms, I have to say that nothing could be further from the truth.

I signed up for a 5gb SAIX account this morning and it took 20 mins all in with email addresses resolved and everything.

Its early days but hey, first impressions last and even if they are prone to problems I am already a loyal client just because of the service I received today.

Keoma is an absolute machine and I am going to make it a daily task of spreading the good word about openweb's outstanding service.

Keep up the great work.

I agree 100%. I doubt any other ISP can provide me the service and value for money that OpenWeb does. Thumbs up all the way...

As a matter of interest, does the openweb 5gb saix come with any local bandwidth bundles?

30gb local bandwidth would be awesome....

One of the main reasons why I retain my Telkom Do account is for that useable 30gb of local.

yeah, i was reading about that and i hoped it was a general saix offering..
