Openweb gold speeds -

Are there specific shaping times for openweb, I know Torrents are given lower priority which is fine, but I find myself travelling at 10kbs till 9 at night for torrents and streaming media - on openweb gold plus (1mbps)

Had more consistancy with standard mweb
