My openweb / Is 30GB Local acc is telling me - Error 691: Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain.

I cant be capped its a 384k line and no way have i done 30 gig yet, it did this at the beginning of the month when i got acc but logged in after 3-4 attempts. Are IS/Openweb having authentification issues? This is really annoying not being able to use my acc.

I had that problem a few days ago.

Just mail them at [email protected], it got sorted 20 min after I mailed them.

Of course, that only works if you have alternative means of accessing the web.

I emailed [email protected] wrt this problem even included the link to this thread but im awaiting reply - is this an IS issue or Openweb?

Thanks for the prompt efficient service it now works, and sorry for posting on here, but as to why I do so was mentioned above by somebody, also this is the first place I heard about Openweb and the place I've had the most help from so yah.
