Openweb issues ?

anyone have a contact number for openweb ?

0861 224466 goes no where, it doesnt work or is allways busy.

they dont respond to emails either, i have sent 2 this morning already.

i paid R1299 this morning just after 7:00AM, from absa to absa so it will reflect instantly, i mailed through the proof of payment, its almost lunch time, no one has contacted me, i recieved no confirmation that funds were recieved, i cannot get hold of them at all. this is very unproffesional, feels like i am dealing with a dodgy salesman...

an alternative contact number would be appreciated.

do they work on a 24hour turn around time tho ?

surely it shouldnt take more than an hour or two. least they could do is mail their clients to say "payment recieved, account being processed" or something.
 
Ja, usually within 24 hours. or Mr. Beep will come along and see this thread here and sort you out. Admin for OpenWeb = Mr. Beep on this board.

Is this for the OpenWeb Uncapped Express?
