Anyone found a generally increased level of spam. Though tbf to them displaying the email address on facebook probably wasn't the wisest thing.

You can't prove anything.

There used to be no spam at all and now I probably receive 2 per day. What's worse is that thinking about it, it was probably around the last time I entered the email address as a contact address on a website. Just can't remember what site it was.
