OpenWeb Openbrowse, cheap international downloads?

Hi All
Looking at openWeb's OpenBrowse option:

OpenBrowse is an exclusive product of OpenWeb that allows you to browse international websites using local only bandwidth.

So you buy a 30gb local package and downloads/torrents/p2p with this?
shaped/unshaped dunno.

wheres the catch opinions?

Used to be during weekend you can download international, but since September this year you can only browse international and download local.

So you can use your normal MSN chat and browse international website with openbrowse, that's it.

Used to be a good service but the speed/service had degraded over time.

If you looking for cheap affordable bandwidth, have a look at the ADSL ISP section. Most of the packages/services had been discussed there.
