I would like to get a new adsl account and am unsure whether to get openwebs
IS Fiber or there unshaped? mainly for online gaming and downloads

Well, for gaming, unshaped will really help.
The thing is: IS fibre is semi-shaped... That means that from 5PM till 7AM the next morning, you will have UNSHAPED internet access. This option is way cheaper than fully unshaped.

So if you are planning to do your gaming after 5, just go with IS semi-unshaped
