This is something I've been meaning to do for a while, vent my frustration over this useless company.
- Their phone has been engaged the last 5 or so attempts I've made at phoning them (which has been spread over a few days I might add) and they respond to emails slowly, sometimes not at all (as was the case with a recent email).
- They cannot handle the most simple of debit orders. After first signing the debit order, the following 2 months I'd be welcomed with an account that wouldn't log in at the start of the month. I would phone and they would say "sorry, the debit order didn't go through, kindly put the money into our account for this month and then next month the debit order will handle the payment". That was perfectly acceptable. Next month - account doesn't login. A friend of mine also had this exact problem.
- Their client interface is rubbish, account's cannot be managed at all let alone as easily and efficiently as through Webafrica's. Their service is on the other hand is probably some of the best I have ever experienced and their client interface is superb - borderline instant account activation and an easy to use stats monitoring and topup system.
Luckily this is a residential and not a business account, I feel sorry for the business clients who have to deal with this ****. If it wasn't for their Openbrowse product (which has to be restarted several times daily to get it to work) I would save the hassle and the time and go with the said brilliant Webafrica. With Webafrica you get 24/7 support and they have a telephone that gets picked up.
