There has been an issue now for a while with rsa's internet; it was dog slow on some sites last night not to mention the weird timeouts and spikes i got with semi unshaped.

Suppose its the end-of-the-month-symptoms; where every tom, jack and joe suddenly realize they have cap left and try to get every last bit out of their bytes...

Which sucks for me - I was in hospital for the first half of the month so I have all this cap and I can't download jack >.<

At least it is not just me - my account 30gb vpn adsl account with openweb is slower than dialup.. now i am forced to my webafrica prepaid bandwidth !
