As in for telkom i use (cache.saix.net:8080) however with openweb i cant use it! Are there any Internet Solutions proxy that i can use?

anyone have an answer for this question: Is there a similar cache proxy for IS accounts like the SAIX account has cache.saix.net:8080 as proxy?

I am using a UUNET account (which seems to fall under IS??, right?) and wanted to know if there was one--browsing international is very slow--want to speed up.
