Does Openweb offer any SAIX based accounts?

They did in the past, but then SAIX got greedy and made it too expensive for them.

Unfortunately it is impossible for us to get reasonable discounts on SAIX accounts and thus reduce the end-user price. For this reason, we've stopped offering them.

ok. I just wanted to know coz im signing up for the openweb local only account and also wanted a SAIX based account for international downloads, just thought that it would be better to get both accounts from the same place. no matter, gonna use webafrica perpaid and openweb local only
