OpenWeb semi unshaped hassels

Well I orderd my semi-unshaped on Monday morning and what I read is instant activation within office hours, which it wasn't, they set it up for me and when I got home it says "Active".

When I enterd it into my router, said connected, then when I try acess any site I get a "403 Forbidden error acess denied by Acess control policy" or some crap. Now I've never had a prob with Openweb, got a 5b account for a few months now.

Anyway, I sent 'em an email yesterday asking what's happening? I haven't recevied an email yet. So I waited till I got home at four-ish. I phone them asking what's happening and I get "You've been blacklisted on the sites you're visiting" what bs. My 5gb SAIX works fine on the sites. Oh and I was also told that it may take up to 8-10 days to get it working. More bs. While I was on the phone, either I was cut off or the phone put down.

So now I'm mad and don't know what to do, any help?

excuse the daff Q; but are you using a proxy server in your browser ? how bout listing one of those sites.

you could always go c:\>TraceRT <now type the sites main like here>

ea tracert www.intel.com, and post result.
 
Thanks a bunch! You just solved my problem!! ;D I had a proxy enabled! w00t thanks. Can be deleted now.
