Openweb standard torrent throttling?

After much thinking ive decided to go for openweb 1mb just one more question how is the shaping on the torrents. What are the speed to expect?

Get the standard 1meg. It's obvious it's the best you can afford. There's no point if you can't afford Gold 1meg to worry so much. 1meg standard will let you do more than 384 GOLD. So just get the account and be done already.
