OPENWEB SUCKS!!!!!

There were the days that I thought that Openweb was good but now trying to give them a sale and they are not even interested.

I wanted to use there credit card functionality but guess what it does not work.

I tried calling them this morning and then they said when you sign up for an account there is an option for credit card but there was nothing there. only direct debt or debt order.

so then I get onto the site and try add credit to my account and then it does not allow me to do so it says that verification failed. but I know the credit card works.

so thats when I call them and ask whats wrong and they said it should be up in the next 1 o 2 weeks. there is problem with it at the moment but the way that they say it is so sarcastic. there tone of voce is not good and do not know what customer service is.

I am sure there are a few of you that agree..

Maybe you guys can help me out here where else can I get a month to month uncapped with no rolling threshold. will be happy to take the buisness away from openweb if this is the service I am getting from them.

You try calling them and only 1 line works it is as if they can not afford to get more lines. it is always engaged when you try calling them.

This isn't RAS ... this is a serious question.
Openweb is useless ... I work with Labratza, and I phoned ... and their tone of voice is a carefree "like it or not" attitude.

To those of you out there ... I recommend you DO NOT use openweb. Believe me when I say rather go for Axxess whose staff are friendlier.

Unfortunately for us, we need a Full Time uncapped, no rolling thresholds and month to month without contracts, and it seems Openweb is the only one that does it ... although good luck to us trying to get it from them.
