OpenWeb Support on Saturdays?

Has anyone logged an OpenWeb support/account query this morning and received a reply and/or had it resolved?

Same here. I've been waiting almost two hours, no reply yet. This leaves a very bad impression, OpenWeb!

Well peeps, todays aint a normal saturday, Its a public holiday too! So I guess you should not expect service to be 100%,

Update: I called in the issue of unanswered support requests and then it got attended to.

(But their website support page recommends email queries instead of telephonic queries)
